Welcome to Jojaco Beauty Shop. By registering an account or placing an order on our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your real name, valid phone number, and a working email address.
1.3 You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You must notify us immediately at 0725 317 183 if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
1.4 Jojaco Beauty Shop reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete any account that provides false information or violates these Terms.
1.5 One person may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or discounts is prohibited.
2.1 All orders placed through Jojaco Beauty Shop are subject to availability. We will notify you promptly if an item you ordered is out of stock.
2.2 Prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2.4 An order is only confirmed once full payment has been received and acknowledged by Jojaco Beauty Shop. A confirmation message will be sent to your registered phone number.
2.5 Jojaco Beauty Shop reserves the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent, uses incorrect pricing due to a technical error, or cannot be fulfilled for reasons beyond our control.
2.6 All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
3.1 We deliver across Kisii County and selected counties in Kenya. Delivery availability and timelines are displayed during checkout based on your location.
3.2 Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high demand, public holidays, bad weather, or logistical challenges beyond our control.
3.3 Delivery fees, if applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
3.4 You are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address. Jojaco Beauty Shop is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
3.5 Upon delivery, please inspect your order before signing or confirming receipt. If your order is damaged or incomplete, report this immediately to our team before the delivery person leaves.
3.6 Risk and ownership of goods passes to you upon successful delivery and confirmation of receipt.
4.1 We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
4.2 Non-returnable items include: opened or used beauty products (for hygiene reasons), intimate care items, items marked as final sale, and products damaged due to misuse by the customer.
4.3 To initiate a return, contact us on 0725 317 183 (call or WhatsApp) with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
4.4 Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days (Sunday–Friday) via the original payment method (M-Pesa reversal, cash, or bank transfer as applicable).
4.5 If you received a wrong or defective item, Jojaco Beauty Shop will cover the cost of return delivery and issue a full replacement or refund at no extra charge.
4.6 Refunds will not be issued for change of mind after an order has been dispatched unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
5.1 Jojaco Beauty Shop collects personal information — including your name, phone number, email, and location — solely for the purpose of processing your orders, communicating with you, and improving our services.
5.2 We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
5.3 Your data may be shared with trusted third-party services (e.g., M-Pesa / Safaricom for payment processing) strictly to fulfil your order.
5.4 We take reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorised access. However, no system is completely secure — please protect your account password.
5.5 You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at 0725 317 183.
5.6 By using our platform, you consent to us sending you order updates and promotional messages via SMS or WhatsApp. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by notifying us.
6.1 We strive to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
6.2 All beauty products sold on Jojaco Beauty Shop are intended for external use only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Always read product labels and instructions before use.
6.3 Jojaco Beauty Shop is not liable for allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from product use. Customers with known skin sensitivities are advised to do a patch test before full application.
7.1 All content on the Jojaco Beauty Shop platform — including logos, product images, text, and design — is the property of Jojaco Beauty Shop and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
8.1 Jojaco Beauty Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or products beyond the value of the order in question.
8.2 We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to network outages, M-Pesa downtime, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions.
9.1 Jojaco Beauty Shop reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
